New Orleans Parents’ Guide to Public Schools
The New Orleans Parents' Guide to Public Schools was created through a partnership of Agenda for Children, New Orleans Network, New Schools for New Orleans, Operation Reach, Inc. and the Urban League of Greater New Orleans. These organizations worked together to create the Parents' Guide in collaboration with the Recovery School District and the New Orleans Public Schools system.

Greater New Orleans Afterschool Partnership
Mission: to improve the quality of afterschool programs and increase access to these programs for New Orleans’ children and youth. We provide afterschool programs with the training, technical assistance, evaluation, data, networking, information sharing, and the support they need to offer children and youth high quality afterschool and out-of-school time opportunities.

Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana provides quality mentoring services to children living in southeast Louisiana.
Afterschool Alliance
The Afterschool Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of afterschool programs and advocating for quality, affordable programs for all children. It is supported by a group of public, private and nonprofit organizations that share the Alliance's vision of ensuring that all children have access to afterschool programs by 2010.
Children’s Defense Fund
The Children’s Defense Fund grew out of the Civil Rights Movement under the leadership of Marian Wright Edelman. It has become the nation’s strongest voice for children and families since its founding in 1973.CDF traces its heritage to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., his Poor People’s Campaign and the Washington Research Project, a nonprofit organization that monitored federal programs for low-income families.
Literacy Americorp
Literacy* AmeriCorps is an adult and family literacy program directed nationally by the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council and funded by a National Direct Grant from the Corporation. Six member cities administer Literacy AmeriCorps programs. They are Dayton, New Orleans, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Seattle, and West Palm Beach.

KidsmArt The mission of KID smART is to work with the arts to engage students in learning about themselves and the world in which they live. Junior Achievement
Junior Achievement inspires and prepares young people to successfully participate in our rebuilding economy. JA of Greater New Orleans provides business curriculum and training for grades k-12 to schools and community partners free of charge.
