The Urban League's Youth Empowerment Program is a comprehensive program that helps participants to achieve self-sufficiency through continued education and employment.

Early Head Start – since 1979, the Urban League Early Head Start Center has provided quality infant and toddler childcare. Utilizing the “well-family” approach to balanced family life, Early Head Start provides parenting information and skills training to primary caregivers. The Center is a safe learning environment for all infants and toddlers. Here the assault on illiteracy begins.

Women’s Business Resource Center…designed to support women in all phases of enterprise development, the goal of the WBRC is to increase the visibility of women owned businesses in the Greater New Orleans area.
